Terms & Conditions – iPhone 17 Mystery Box Giveaway

Organizer: This Giveaway (“Offer”) is organized by Bomaachi Enterprises (“Company”). By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

Eligibility

  1. The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or above with a valid shipping address in India.

  2. Employees, affiliates, or partners of Bomaachi, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.

  3. This Offer is void where prohibited by law.

 

 

How to Enter

  1. A minimum purchase of a Mystery Box worth ₹2,000 (prepaid only) is required to qualify for entry.

  2. Entries are awarded based on the purchase value:

    • ₹2,000 Mystery Box → 1 entry

    • ₹4,000 Mystery Box → 3 entries

    • ₹10,000 Mystery Box → 10 entries

    • ₹20,000 Mystery Box → 20 entries

    • ₹40,000+ Mystery Box → 50 entries

  3. Only successfully delivered and non-returned, non-exchanged prepaid orders are eligible.

  4. No other method of entry is available.

 

 

Prize Details

  1. One (1) iPhone 17 will be awarded to a single winner chosen via a random draw.

  2. The draw will take place on 17th October at 4:20 PM IST, during a live session on Instagram (@bomaachi).

  3. The winner will be announced live and also notified via email/phone.

  4. The prize will be delivered within 7 business days of winner confirmation.

  5. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

 

 

General Conditions

  1. Bomaachi reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Any fraudulent, incomplete, or invalid entries will be disqualified.

  2. By participating, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  3. Bomaachi reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Offer.

  4. Decisions of Bomaachi regarding the Giveaway, including winner selection, are final and binding.

  1. Bomaachi is not responsible for any technical issues, delayed entries, or delivery failures beyond its control.

  2. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Apple Inc. Apple and Instagram are not involved in this promotion.

  3. By participating, entrants release Bomaachi, Meta, Instagram, and Apple from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
